Refunds Due To Change Of Mind

Sapiens Child will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 60 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in the original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Before returning your item, please contact us through our “Contact” page.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. We will notify you ASAP once this has been completed through email.

Original delivery fees are not refundable and additional shipping fees may apply.


Warranty Returns (if applicable) and Exchanges

Sapiens Child will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 60 days of receipt of items. We only accept a warranty claim if items are defective or damaged.

Before returning your item, please contact us through our “Contact” page.

Customers will be required to pay for the return shipping. Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Sapiens Child to process your warranty claim within 15 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in-store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our "Contact" page.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us through our "Contact" page. We will let you know if you need to send your item back to us or not.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Before shipping for the product back to us, please contact us through our "Contact" page. We will let you know when and where to mail your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless agreed beforehand. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $55, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
