Refunds Due To Change Of Mind

We know choosing furniture for your child is a big decision.
That’s why we give you 60 days to try it at home with your child, in your real routine.

If it’s not the right fit, we’ll work with you to make it right.

How it works
You have 60 days from delivery to request a return or support.
Products can be used normally at home, but must be returned in good condition.
Items must be free of significant damage, misuse, or missing parts.

Our approach

Before processing a return, our team will work with you to find the best solution.
In many cases, a replacement part, adjustment, or exchange solves the issue faster and more easily.

Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We can provide a discounted return label to make the process easier.
Items should be repacked as close as possible to their original packaging dimensions.

Mattresses

For hygiene reasons, opened mattresses are not eligible for return.
If there is a defect or issue, we will absolutely make it right.

Damaged or defective items

If anything arrives damaged or doesn’t meet our standards,
we will replace the affected parts or product at no cost to you.

A note from us

Most families know within the first few days that it’s the right fit.
We offer 60 days simply to give you peace of mind, no pressure, just support.

Warranty Returns (if applicable) and Exchanges

Our highest priority is ensuring you and your little one thoroughly enjoy our products, which are crafted with the utmost care using only the finest materials. All our Plywood products sold through our website are backed by a comprehensive 3-year warranty.

Warranty Coverage:

This warranty covers both craftsmanship and materials for three years from the date of purchase. It is valid only for the original purchaser or a gift recipient who can provide original order details. The warranty covers damages from normal use but does not cover damages resulting from abuse or misuse. Should there be any issues due to normal wear or defects, we will replace the necessary parts at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover:

Damages due to misuse or abuse, including but not limited to:
   - Improper assembly or disassembly
   - Exceeding recommended weight limits
   - Stains, dents, scratches
   - Dropping
   - Water damage
   - Use outdoors if the product is not designed for it
   - Damage from incorrect cleaning recommendations (refer to our Cleaning and        Care guidelines)
Natural woodgrain variations or wood surface patches
Mold or mildew

 

Warranty Claims:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we aim to process your warranty claim within 15 days.

Resolution Options:
Upon validating a warranty claim, you may choose one of the following options:
- A refund to your original payment method
- An in-store credit refund
- A replacement item, subject to stock availability

We are committed to providing exceptional products and ensuring your satisfaction throughout the warranty period.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our "Contact" page.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us through our "Contact" page. We will let you know if you need to send your item back to us or not.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
Before shipping for the product back to us, please contact us through our "Contact" page. We will let you know when and where to mail your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless agreed beforehand. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $55, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
